1 package Taste#5 SUGO Nice Napoletana Sauce
6 - 8 extra large or jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined (6-8 ounces)
1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon, flat leaf parsley roughly chopped
kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
2-3 ounces of dry pasta (sphaghetti, capellini, etc.)
- Cook Pasta: Bring a salted pot of water to boil and cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- Cook Shrimp: Season shrimp lightly with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over high. Add shrimp; cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes.
- Combine & Heat: Pour Taste #5 Sugo Nice Napoletana sauce over shrimp. Heat on low until sauce is warmed, about 2-3 min. Toss drained cooked pasta with shrimp and sauce. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
