Use those delicious pan juices from a roast and Taste #5 Umami Bomb to make this -the best gravy ever.
1 Gravy Boat
½ - 1 tablespoon Taste #5 Umami Bomb
125ml (½ cup) red/white wine or stock of your choice (liquid or dissolved stock cubes are fine)
- After roasting, remove the turkey from the roasting pan and set aside.
- Now put the roasting pan on top of the hob on a high heat and add the wine or stock and Umami Bomb.
- Stir until combined, making sure you really scrape the bottom of the pan to get all those deliciously crispy bits mixed in – that is where the extra flavor comes from.
- Bring to the boil and reduce until you have the desired consistency. Strain if you prefer a smooth gravy.
