A quick and simple zesty dressing that is wonderful on salads, leafy green vegetables and mixed through rice or grains. This also makes a lovely marinade for swordfish and chicken.
3 tablespoons good extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons Taste #5 Vegetarian paste
juice of ½ lemon or lime
- Put all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until combined.
Add a clove of minced garlic if using as a marinade.
