2 1/2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise, light or regular
1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Taste #5 Vegetarian paste
½ cup ice water
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
2 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped in to small dice
1/2 cup kalamata olives chopped in small dice
Taste #5 Rush or Smoked Paprika
Blend all ingredients, save the diced tomatoes and olives, together and chill. Add ½ cup ice water – more or less thin to the consistency of heavy cream.
Garnish with tomatoes, olives, a sprinkle of fresh thyme leaves and a shake of Taste #5 Rush or smoked paprika.
