These are great fun to make, especially at parties where you can lay out the ingredients and allow your guests or your children to create their own topping combinations. Try making a sweet version of these topped with chocolate spread and bananas – they’re yummy with whipped cream and sprinkles, or so my children tell me!

INGREDIENTS

2 pita breads or 1 small baguette, cut lengthways
tube of Bomba! XXX

selections of toppings:

         ham, salami, pepperoni, olives, sweet corn, mozzarella or ricotta

METHOD

  1. Preheat over to 400˚F
  2. Spread each piece of pita or bread with some Bomba! XXX paste
  3. Arrange toppings and place on a baking sheet
  4. Bake for 6-8 minutes until cheese is melted and golden
